ASI has been involved with tunnels around the world for well over 30 years. ASI provides Hyperbaric Support and Consulting for Tunnel Construction, successfully planning and completing over 580 hyperbaric interventions to date. ASI’s Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) operations, specializes in long-distance flooded tunnel inspections, deploying an array of inspection instrumentation for accurate data collection. We are very proud to report that ASI has performed the longest single excursion inspection in the world @ 14klm.
Hyperbaric: ASI is the first company in Canada to offer hyperbaric support for tunnel construction. For US based projects, ASI partners with Associated Underwater Services (AUS). ASI and AUS’s synergy, experience and application of innovative techniques and best practices is well suited to support all projects needs.
Inspection: ASI’s team of subject matter experts in underwater data collection employ a fleet of advanced robotic vehicles that are equipped with the latest in sonar and video imaging, survey, and inspection technologies. As a whole, ASI is a leader in the application of sonar technology in making highly accurate 3D models of underwater infrastructure.
