Hong Kong’s MTR Corporation Limited has announced that Mr TC Chew will be retiring on 28 October 2014 from his position as Projects Director.

“I would like to thank TC for his dedicated contribution and commitment to the Corporation, championing various initiatives to enhance project quality and delivery. With his passion in engineering and construction management, TC has assumed a leading role in fostering career development and work safety in the construction industry in Hong Kong,” said Mr Jay Walder, Chief Executive Officer of MTR Corporation.

“The Corporation will immediately begin a search for a candidate to fill the Projects Director position and I thank TC for his continued support during the transition period,” Mr Walder added.

Mr Chew joined the Corporation as Deputy Projects Director in May 2009 and took up the role of Projects Director in February 2010.
