About us

TGS Media Ltd publishes a number of tunnelling industry B2B magazines, including: Tunnelling Journal; North American Tunneling Journal; Australasian Tunnelling Society Journal; and Breakthrough.  TGS Media Ltd also publishes a number of tunnelling industry supplements such as WTC Preview and the ITA Activity Report, circulates newsletters regarding the tunnelling industry and runs tunnelling industry conferences.

When, in this policy, we refer to “we,” “us”, “our” we refer to Tunnelling Journal and TGS Media Ltd whose registered address is at The Old Library, Dudley Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1LE, UK.  Our registered company number is:  07096957.

Tunnelling Journal, North American Tunneling Journal and Breakthrough are trading names for TGS Media Ltd.

TGS Media Ltd transfers email addresses from the personal information it holds to two companies outside the EEA for the purpose of distributing Tunnelling Journal Newsletters to its subscribers.  Those two companies are Campaign Monitor Pty Ltd based in Australia and Mailchimp (a trading name of Rocket Science Group) based in the USA.

How long will we keep your information for?

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the products and fulfil the transactions you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements.
