Tenders invited for Chennai Metro’s Line 4

The Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) has issued invitation to bids for two contract packages on Line 4 of the Chennai Metro which total in the region of 10km of twin-bore tunnel and eight underground stations.

Firstly Package C4-UG-01/2021, featuring some 5km of twin-bore tunnel and four underground stations, and Package C4-UG-02/2021, comprising a further 5km of twin-bore tunnel and four more underground stations.

The deadline for submission for both is 18th June 2021, at 15:00Hrs, with both having a contract duration of 48 months.

There will be a Pre-bid Meeting for Package C4-UG-01/2021 on 6th April 2021 at 11.00hrs. (IST), and for Package C4-UG-02/2021later the same day, at 15:00hrs (IST).
