The WTC2022 Organizing Committee and the ITA have announced that the WTC 2022 in Copenhagen has been postponed and will now take place from Friday September 2 to Thursday September 8, 2022, instead of April 22 to 28 at BELLA CENTER.

A statement from the organisers reads, “In a context of a global health crisis and awareness of the difficulty for many industry professionals at this time to commit to participate in the WTC2022 in April, the WTC2022 Organizing Committee in agreement with the ITA Executive Council has decided to postpone the WTC2022 in Copenhagen to September 2-8.

“The expectation is, as it was also the case in 2021, that by September the COVID-19 virus will be less virulent and therefore will allow the entire tunnel and underground profession to finally meet and see each other again in good conditions.

“The Organizing Committee and the 150 exhibitors will look forward to meeting you all, and we will ensure that the conference will follow any health regulations that may be in force by next September in Denmark, if any. All ITA activities will also take place between September 2 and 8 such as the General Assembly and meetings of the Working Groups and Committees etc.

“As we recently announced, and also will be the case for all future WTCs, the WTC2022 will take place in a hybrid mode (physical and digital), allowing those of you for whom travel may still be difficult or for other reasons cannot attend the physical conference, to take advantage of all the content presented at the major congress of the profession.”

Register now to benefit from the early bird preferential rate valid until April 25, 2022 by signing up at the conference webpage www.WTC2022.dk
