On February 22, 2021, Société du Grand Paris awarded the third and final civil engineering contract for Line 16 on the Grand Paris Express, for the construction of the section between Clichy-Montfermeil station and the station at Noisy-Champs. The wining group of companies consists of Razel-Bec (agent), Sefi-Intrafor and Fayat Metal. The contract is worth €325M.

The contract includes the construction of a 5.5km long tunnel between the Bel-Air service structure, located in Chelles, and the station of Noisy-Champs. Also included is the construction of the Chelles station as well as six service structures.

The work will start in September 2021 and last for a period of 7 years.
